Traditional Hyderabadi bagara baingan recipe

Bagara baingan is a popular vegetarian recipe from hyderabadi cuisine. This dish is very popular in Pakistan. It is also used as a side dish with the Hyderabadi biryani. Here I tried this dish in Bengali style. It is a sweet and sour dish which goes well with rice, roti etc… I have already tried bengali stylebrinjal pickle which is also a sweet and sour pickle.
