Delicious Beef cutlet recipe
Beef cutlet recipe in Malabar style. This beef cutlet is a very tasty,protein rich snack especially good for growing kids. How to make Beef Cutlet
250 g of beef(boneless)
to cook beef
- 1 tbsp. of ginger garlic paste
- 1/2 spn. of turmeric powder
- 1/2 spn. of chilli powder
- 1/4 spn. of coriander powder
- 1/6 spn. of garam masala
- 1/8 spn. of pepper powder
2 large sized potato
2 no of chopped onion
1/4 cup of breadcrumbs
A handful of coriander leaves
¼ spn. Of turmeric powder
¼ spn. Of chilli powder
Salt as required
Oil for fry
3 no of egg whites
1 cup of breadcrumbs
Pressure cook beef with all ginger garlic paste,turmeric powder,chilli powder,coriander powder,garam masala,pepper powder and salt (whistle in medium flame). Allow to cool and crush the beef using small jar of grinder. Just crush for 2 seconds. Keep aside.
Cook potatoes and mash it. Keep aside
Heat oil in a pan
Add finely chopped onion and green chillies. Fry till onion become translucent.
Add chopped coriander leaves,chilly powder and turmeric powder. Saute for a while.
Add cooked shredded beef and mix well. Fry for 1-2 minutes. Add breadcrumbs and mix well.
Finally add mashed potatoes and mix well.
Add salt and cook for 1-2 minutes. Remove from fire and allow to cool.
Take small ball from the mix and make shape as you wish.
Heat oil in a nonstick pan
Take egg white from egg and beat well.
Dip each cutlet in egg and then roll in breadcrumbs.
Shallow fry in oil till golden brown color both the sides. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
