Ingredients

3 no of medium sized carrot
1 no of medium sized tomato
5 cloves of garlic
1/2 no of onion
1 spn. of chopped coriander leaves/celery
Salt as required
1/6 spn. of Herb Seasoning
1 spn. of tomato sauce
1/6 spn. of pepper powder
1/4 spn. of butter/olive oil

Spinach Soup Preparation Method

Step 01


Cook chopped carrot along with sliced tomatoes,garlic,and sliced onion.

Step 02


Allow to cool and blend well to smooth paste.

Step 03


Heat butter/olive oil in a pan.

Step 04


Add finely chopped garlic,chopped coriander leaves/celery and saute well.

Step 05


Add carrot puree and saute for 1 minute in low flame.

Step 06


Add herb seasoning,pepper powder,tomato sauce and salt.Mix well and cook for 1 minute in low flame.

Step 06


Remove from flame and serve hot.

Note:
1.You can add vinegar or lemon juice for sour taste.
