We can make lots of sweet and savory dishes with mangoes.The best way to enjoy a mango is diced fresh, just by itself. Here I would like to share everyone’s most favorite mango ice cream recipe. I prepared this ice cream with fresh with very few ingredients. Because just a blender is enough for preparing this mango ice cream. If you don’t want to use cream you can skip that part which makes this ice cream more healthy. My whole family loves ice cream especially my kids. Usually I will not buy ice creams from out side. I used to prepare home made ice creams with natural eggfruit,cooked rice etc…

How to make Mango Ice Cream
2 no of Mango(I used sindoori)
1/4 ltr of Milk
1/4 cup of condensed milk
1/4 cup of cream
Put all the ingredients except cream in a blender and process to fine paste.
Transfer the paste to a freezer safe bowl. Freeze it for 2-3 hours.
Take the ice cream from refrigerator. Add cream and again blend for 2-3 minute.Repeat step 2.
Again Freeze it for 2-3 hours.Repeat step 3.
You need to do step 3 and 4 for 3-4 times to get silky soft ice cream.
