Delicious quick recipe with egg,onion,green chillies etc…
Egg bhurji is my hubby’s all time favorite 🙂 . It is a very simple and easy to make dish. I used to make egg bhurji when I am feeling lazy with cooking 🙂 .Egg bhurji goes well with roti(You can make a roll and have for breakfast,dinner.No need of any side dish).Or you can even have with rice .(Rice,tomato chutney and egg bhurji)..mmm yummy 😀 .

3 no of Egg
1 no of Onion
2 no of Tomato
4 no of Green chillies
2 springs of Curry leaves
1/4 spn. of Turmeric powder
1/2 spn. of Chilli powder
Salt as required
1 spn. of oil
Chop onion,tomatoes,green chillies. Keep aside
Heat oil in a pan.
Add green chillies and curry leaves.Saute well.
Add onion.Fry for 1 minute.Do not loose the crispness of onion.
Add tomaotes.Fry well for 2 minute.
Add chilli powder,salt and turmeric powder.Mix well and saute for 1 minute.
Add beaten egg and mix well.
Cook for more 1-2 minutes and keep whisking.
Garnish with coriander leaves.Serve hot
