Fish Cutlet Recipe
Delicious Fish cutlet recipe
Fish cutlet recipe in Malabar style. We used to make cutlet with chicken, meat etc… This fish cutlet is quiet different in taste. I got this recipe from my house owner. She was an expert in making fish recipes. We can use any fish for making this cutlet. I used Mackerel and the taste was good. You can also use salmon, tuna etc….Taste so good with mint chutney, tomato ketchup etc…Dear friends do try it out. I am sure that you will like it 🙂
