Milk Chocolate Pudding
Delicious combination of milk and chocolate.
Easy to make home made Milk Chocolate Pudding. Sweets are inevitable section of almost every cuisine. We all would like to have a sweet after a grant feast. Usually we will go for an ice cream,gulab jamun,carrot halwa etc… Puddings are little bit time consuming but taste part it is heavenly compared to all other sweets. I made this pudding for a dinner party. Everyone liked it especially the kids gang ;). Compared to all other desserts,it is quiet easy and required common ingredients.Most of the things will be available in our shelf .So lets go for the recipe and surprise your dear ones 🙂 . - 1/2 liter of milk
- 3 TS of sugar
- 2 TS of condensed milk
- 2 S of China grass powder
- 1 S of Coco powder
- 2 TS of Sugar
- 1 S of Butter
- 2 S of Crushed nuts
- 5 no of Cherries
Milk Chocolate Pudding Preparation Method
Add milk,sugar and condensed milk to a thick bottom vessel and bring to boil.
Stir continuously.Add china grass powder and stir well.(If the china grass is not in powder form,soak the china grass in a separate bowl with hot water. Let it rest for 15 mins or until it is completely dissolved.After that add this solution to milk).Stir continuously
Lower the heat and boil for 10 minutes. Stir continuously until mixture thickens.
Pour this mix to pudding bowl.keep aside.
Heat butter in a pan.dissolve coco powder and sugar in 2 TS of milk.Mix well and add to pan.Continue to cook and stir until mixture thickens.
Pour the sauce over milk pudding.
Garnish with crushed nuts and cherries.
Allow to cool for 5 min,then chill in refrigerator until completely cool(Around 30 min).
