Noodles with soy coated mashroom

Chinees soy coated mashroom with noodles


500g of Noodles/spaghetti
250 g of Mashroom
2 tbsp. of Soya sauce
1 spn. of Pepper powder
1 spn. of Ginger garlic paste
1/2 spn. of Vineger
Salt as required
For Dressing
1 tbsp. of Honey
1/4 spn. of Soya sauce
1/2 spn. of Vineger
1/2 spn. of Lemon juice
1 spn. of Olive oil


Step 01

Cut mashroom in to small pieces and marinate with soy sauce,pepper powder,salt(little amount of salt is enough.because we are adding more soy sauce which contains salt),ginger garlic paste and vineger.Keep in refrigerator for 1 hour.

Step 02

Cook noodles.(Boil water in a vessel.Add salt and 1 S of oil.Add noodles when water gets boiled.Cook noodles for 5 minute in medium flame.Drain and run under cold water)

Step 03

Make the dressing by combining all ingredients, except olive oil in a food processor or hand blender. Run the blender for a few seconds, until all ingredients are combined.

Step 04

Toss the noodles with this dressing.drizzle olive oil.

Step 05

Heat oil in a pan.

Step 06

Fry mashroom for 5 minute.

Step 07

Mix with Noodles.
