Easy Rice Ice Cream
Smooth creamy vanilla flavored rice ice cream with few ingredients
I was little confused before making this ice cream 🙂 ,because ice cream with rice was new to me. I haven’t even heard about it until one of my Facebook friend who started making Rice pudding ended up making Rice Ice cream :D. I took her recipe and modified it a little bit to make this wonderful recipe. Please try it out and let me know how it came out.
1 cup of cooked rice
1/4 cup of cornflour
1 cup of milk
1 cup of cream
1 tbsp. of Milk powder
1/2 cup of powdered Sugar
3-4 drops of vanilla essence
Rice Ice Cream Preparation Method
Add all the ingredients in a large bowl.Mix well.
Grind the mixture using a food processor or mixer grinder to a smooth paste.
Transfer to another bowl and keep in freezer to 3 hours.
Take ice cream from fridge and grind well.Keep in freezer again.repeat the step in every 4 hours to make the ice cream smoothy.
Garnish with caramelized peanuts or crunchy biscuits
You can also make this ice cream with left over rice.
