Toddy Palm Fruit Shake

Yummy and healthy shake made with Toddy Palm Fruit


  • 5 no of Pananonku(Toddy palm fruit)
  • 1/2 ltr of Chilled Milk
  • 1/4 spn. of Cardamom powder
  • 2 tbsp. of Suagr


Step 01

Peel off the skin of toddy palm fruit and take pulp.

Step 02

Blend all things together till smoothy and enjoy.
