Achinga Payar Mezhukkupuratti is a traditional side dish of Kerala. Achinga Payar is also known as vanpayar in Kerala. It is a very easy to make stir fry with few ingredients. How to make Achinga Payar Mezhukkupuratti

Ingredients


20 no of achinga payar/vanpayar
1 no of onion
3-4 no of green chillies
salt as required
2 spn. of Oil

Preparation Steps


Step 01

wash and cut achinga payar in to 2 inch pieces.

Step 02

Heat oil in a pan

Step 03

Add finley sliced onion and green chillies. Fry for 1 minute. Add achinga payar and salt. Mix well and cover the pan.

Step 04

Cook for 5-7 minutes in low flame. Stir often other wise fry will stick in the bottom of pan.

Step 05

Serve hot with rice.
