Aloo Paneer Tikki

Delicious Aloo Paneer Tikki recipe

Aloo tikki is north India’s favorite snack. It is a very easy to prepare and healthy starter. I came to know about tikki after my marriage. In Kerala tikki is not much famous, we always prepare cutlet which is a modified version of tikki (You can check for my Fish Cutlet recipe). Compared to cutlet, tikki is more healthy because of oil consumption. No need to deep fry tikki like cutlets. There are so many variation in tikki like aloo tikki,Aloo poh a Tikki,Aloo soya tikki etc… In all tikki recipes, the main ingredient is potato. This aloo paneer tikki is very healthy and good for kids because we are including paneer, spinach, poha and potato in this recipe which is very good for growing kids. I have already posted Soya aloo tikki which is very healthy and good for kids. You can also check for healthy snacks recipes like Soya burger, butter murukku, beetroot murukku,Cornflour murukku,Sugiyan etc…
