Apple Pachadi
Sweet and tangy side dish using Apple
Apple pachadi is so simple and healthy dish.It will take only 5-7 minute to prepare this dish.I am sure you will like the crunchiness and tangy taste of this pachadi
How to make Apple pachadi?
Ingredients
1 no of Apple
3 tbsp. of Grated coconut
3 TS of curd
1/2 spn. of Cumin
2 no of Green chilli
1/2 spn. of Mustard
2 no of Red chillies
2 springs of Curry leaves
1/2 spn. of Oil
Salt as required
Method
Step 01
Grind coconut along with green chilli,cumin and salt.
Step 02
Cut apple into small pieces.
Step 03
Mix apple pieces with coconut paste and curd.Keep aside for 5 minute.
Step 04
Heat oil in a pan.Splutter mustard seeds.Add curry leaves and red chillies. Fry well.
Step 05
Add this to curry and mix well.
