Healthy Avocado and sprouts salad
Avocado Salad is a refreshing salad made with highly nutritious avocado, sprouts and tomatoes. Avocado contains good fat and also helps in absorbing nutrients. This is an easy to make, healthy salad perfect for weight watchers. Sprouts are full of proteins, tomatoes contains antioxidants and avocados do not contain any cholesterol or sodium, and are low in saturated fat.

Ingredients
1 no of avocado chopped
2 no of sliced tomato
3 tbsp. of sprouts of your choice (row or steamed)
1 spn. of lemon juice
1 spn. of olive oil
1/4 spn. of herb seasoning
Olives for garnishing

Step 01
Combine all ingredients in small bowl and toss together.
Step 02
Keep aside for 5-7 minutes.Your crunchy salad is now ready to serve.
