Banana Walnut Cake without oven
Delicious and spongy whole wheat banana and walnut cake without using oven

Banana walnut cake is very easy to prepare and spongy cake made with whole wheat. Sponge cakes are so easy to make and requires no special ingredients. We can make sponge cakes with carrot, beetroot, dates etc… I have already posted some easy to make cake recipes like Easy Carrot Cake,Beetroot cake,Dates cake,Pumpkin cake and Carrot cake with chocolate icing. All these three cakes are made in pressure cooker. In this banana walnut cake I have added yogurt and mashed banana which makes the cake super spongy. You can also use crushed badam, pista or nuts instead of walnuts. Hope you all will like this recipe.
