How to make Beef Cutlet


250 g of beef(boneless)
to cook beef

  • 1 tbsp. of ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 spn. of turmeric powder
  • 1/2 spn. of chilli powder
  • 1/4 spn. of coriander powder
  • 1/6 spn. of garam masala
  • 1/8 spn. of pepper powder
  • salt

2 large sized potato
2 no of chopped onion
1/4 cup of breadcrumbs
A handful of coriander leaves
¼ spn. Of turmeric powder
¼ spn. Of chilli powder
Salt as required
Oil for fry
3 no of egg whites
1 cup of breadcrumbs


Step 01

Pressure cook beef with all ginger garlic paste,turmeric powder,chilli powder,coriander powder,garam masala,pepper powder and salt (whistle in medium flame). Allow to cool and crush the beef using small jar of grinder. Just crush for 2 seconds. Keep aside.

Step 02

Cook potatoes and mash it. Keep aside

Step 03

Heat oil in a pan

Step 04

Add finely chopped onion and green chillies. Fry till onion become translucent.

Step 05

Add chopped coriander leaves,chilly powder and turmeric powder. Saute for a while.

Step 06

Add cooked shredded beef and mix well. Fry for 1-2 minutes. Add breadcrumbs and mix well.

Step 07

Finally add mashed potatoes and mix well.

Step 08

Add salt and cook for 1-2 minutes. Remove from fire and allow to cool.

Step 09

Take small ball from the mix and make shape as you wish.

Step 10

Heat oil in a nonstick pan

Step 11

Take egg white from egg and beat well.

Step 12

Dip each cutlet in egg and then roll in breadcrumbs.

Step 13

Shallow fry in oil till golden brown color both the sides. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
