Beef Kheema
Deeply flavorful beef kheema with peas.
Beef keema is a spicy and flavorful ground meat curry which goes well with ghee rice, pulao, chapathi etc. Keema recipes are very famous in North Indian cuisine. Here I have shared the recipe of a delicious North Indian style beef keema recipe packed with fragrant herbs and spices. I have also added green peas in this beef keema to get more thickness to the gravy.

Ingredients
1/4 kg of beef keema /Ground beef
100g of frozen peas
2 no of Onion
10 no of garlic
A small piece of ginger
3 no of green chillies.s
3 no of Tomatoes
A handful of Coriander leaves
2 springs of curry leaves.
1 1/2 tbsp. of tomato sauce
1 spn. of Chilli powder
1/2 spn. of Turmeric powder
1 1/2 spn. of Coriander Powder
3/4 spn. of Garam masala
1 tbsp. of Oil
Method
1.Wash beef keema and keep in drainer for few minutes. Chop onion.

2.Pressure cook beef keema with 1/6 spn. of turmeric powder,1/2 spn. of chilli powder ,1/2 spn. of coriander powder,1/4 spn. of garam masala and salt till 2-3 whistle in medium flame.
3.Crush garlic,ginger and green chilli.Heat oil in a pan.
4.Add crushed ginger garlic and green chillies.Saute till raw smell goes off.Add curry leaves.
5.Add chopped onion and fry well.Chop tomatoes and grind well to make puree.
6.When onion get fried almost,add puree and mix well.
7.Reduce the flame to low and cook for 3-4 minute.Stir often.Add all the spices and salt.Mix well.Fry for 1-2 minute.
8.Add green peas and mix well.Cook for 1-2 minute in low flame.Take cooked beef keema.
9.Add keema and mix well.Stir for 1-2 minute in medium flame.
10.Cover the lid and cook for 4-5 minute.
11.Add tomato sauce and mix well.Check salt.Finally add coriander leaves.
