Beetroot dosa is a healthy and easy to make recipe which does not requires any special ingredients. It is a healthy alternatives for the traditional dosa, just we need to add some beetroot into the dosa batter. Nutritious beetroot dosa is ready. I started make this dosa when my 2 year old son demanded pink dosa one day. When I prepared this, he got attratced with the vibrant color of the dish and became his favorite dish. As we all know beetroot has lots of health benefits. Daily consumption of beetroots improves heart health. This dosa is a good way to make our kids eat beetroot if they don’t like to eat as stir fry. Beetroot Dosa Preparation Method


2 cup of Dosa Batter 1/2 cup of Grated beetroot Salt as required


Step 01

Add grated beetroot to dosa batter.Mix well.

Step 02
