Bread toast with spinach | Palak toast
Healthy and delicious bread toast with spinach
Quick and healthy bread toast with spinach. This spinach toast is very colorful and your kids will love this for sure. I used palak for making this sandwich. This bread toast requires very few ingredients. I have already tried veg mayonnaise grilled sandwich which is very tasty and with lots of vegetables. Hope you all will like this recipes.

Ingredients
8 slice of Brown Bread
1 bunch of palak/spinach
1 tbsp. of chopped no of onion
1 tbsp. of chopped green chillies
A pinch of turmeric
3 no of eggs
Salt as required
1 spn. of butter(optional)
Palak bread toast preparation steps
Step 01
Blanch palak(Boil 3 cup of water in a vessel . When it starts to boil, add spincah. Cook for 1/2 minute. Take out from water and drain it)Step 02
Finely chop onion and green chillies.Step 03
Take a bowl and add the eggs. Add chopped onion,green chillies,pinch of turmeric and salt. Beat well.Step 04
Blend/grind the spinach without adding water.Step 05
Add this to egg mixture and beat again.Step 06
Heat non stick pan. Add butter(optional)Step 07
Dip the bread slices in egg spinach mix and toast both sides.Step 08
Serve hot. Toast tomatoes in the same pan with 1/2 spn. of butter. Sprinkle salt and herb seasoning.
