Spicy Bengali brinjal pickle.
Brinjal pickle in Bengali style. It is a sweet and spicy pickle which goes well with indian dishes like rice, roti etc… Usually we make curry, rice and stir fry with brinjal. Pickle with brinjal was new to me. I got this recipe from a TV show. Tried and it was really delicious. I have already tried Baghara baingan which is also a sweet and sour Bengali dish.
