How to make healthy broken wheat upma

- 2 cup of Broken Wheat
- 1 no of large Onion
- 5 no of Green chilli
- 1 cup of Mixed vegetables(carrot,beans,potato,peas etc…)
- 1 tbsp. of Chopped ginger
