Brownie is the all time favorite of most of us. They are rich and chocolatey with fudgy in the middle. My whole family is a big brownie fan and I am forced to make it at least once in a month. Compared to all other cakes, brownie is very easy to make and it requires only few ingredients.
I got this brownie recipe from my aunt who is a famous baker. From the first try itself it came out well. Only thing we need to take care while making brownie is the temperature of Oven. This brownie recipe is very easy to prepare and it requires basic ingredients. You can add more richness to the brownie with chocolate spread. I hope you all will like this brownie recipe, try it out and let me know how it turned out for you. Feel free to share your comments with me.
- 1/2 cup of Milk chocolate
- 1/2 cup of Butter
- 1 cup of Maida
- 1 spoon of Coffee powder
- 3 table spoon Cocoa powder
- one pinch of Salt
- 3 Eggs
- 1 spoon of Vanilla essence
- 1 cup of Sugar
- 1/4 cup of Oil
- 1/4 cup of chopped Dark chocolates
- 1/4 of chopped Nuts
Take 1/2 cup of milk chocolate and 1/2 cup of butter in a bowl. Melt it using oven or double boiling method. Keep it aside.
Take one cup of all purpose flour (Maida), 1 spoon coffee powder, 3 table spoon of cocoa powder and one pinch of salt in another bowl. Mix well and keep aside.
Add 3 eggs in a bowl and beat well using an egg beater or whisker until foamy. Add vanilla essence and mix well.
Add the melted chocolate mix into this egg mixture and mix well using a spatula.
Add all the dry ingredients and mix well for 2-3 minutes using a spatula. Add 1/4 cup of oil and mix again for 1 minutes
Take a rectangular baking tray and place a parchment paper. Greece butter and transfer the mixture to the tray.
Tap the cake try lightly 3-4 times or mix the batter using a fork or stick to avoid bubbles in the brownie. This part is very important.
Distributes the chopped chocolates and nuts evenly on top of the brownie mix.
Preheat the oven for 175 degree and bake it for 25-30 minutes.
Allow to cool and cut into square shapes.
