Cabbage Rice

Ingredients
1 cup of Cabbage
2 up of Rice
1 no of Egg
1/4 cup of Grated coconut
1 no of Green chilli
2 no of Shallots
1/2 spn. of cumin seeds
1/4 spn. of Crushed pepper
1 spn. of Ghee/Butter
salt as required
Method
Step 01
Cook rice drain and keep aside.
Step 02
Finely chop cabbage,onion,Shallouts and green chilli.
Step 03
Heat ghee/butter in a pan
Step 04
scramble eggs with salt and pepper.Remove from pan.
Step 05
Add cumin seeds,chopped onion and green chillies to the same pan.Saute for a while.
Step 06
Add grated cabbage and saute for 1 min.Cover lid of pan and cook for 1 min.Stir often because we are not adding water.
Step 07
Add grated coconut and salt.Stir well.
Step 08
Add cooked rice and mix well.Finally add scrambled eggs.Mix well and turn off burner.
