Caramel Banana Pancakes

Pancakes with Caramel-Banana Syrup


100g of All purpose flour/Maida
3 no of Egg
3 pinch of Baking powder.
1/2 cup of Milk
1 tbsp. of Butter
3 tbsp. of Sugar
1 no of Banana
2 scoop of Vanilla Ice-cream


Step 01

Pancakes: Sift flour and salt into a pan, mix in the sugar powder.

Step 02

Make a bay in center, add eggs, melted butter,baking powder and milk. Beat well until smooth.

Step 03

Melt butter in a hot pan. Pour a laddle full of pancake batter into pan, flip pancake over after bubbles appear on the surface.

Step 04

Caramel bananas: Peel and slice the bananas.

Step 05

Melt butter in heavy frying pan.

Step 06

Add the sugar, cook until sugar dissolves and bubbles, stir occasionally. Add bananas and cook until tender.

Step 07

Pour over pancakes.

Step 08

Serve with vanilla ice-cream.

Step 09

Caramel for garnishing :Melt 1 S butter in hot pan.Add 2 S of sugar.Saute well in medium flame for 1 min.Pour over ice-cream
