Have you ever think about carrot shake?It was really new to me.I didn’t hear about this before.My neighbor who is from malabar region,told me about this shake.She gave me the recipe of cucumber shake also.I got thrilled after hear this and try that day itself.It was delicious.Even my husband couldn’t able to identify what it was.It was really hard to say that shake made with carrot.That much tasty.Also the crunchiness of falooda sweeds,made the Carrot shake so yummy.

- 2 medium sized carrots
- 1 glass of chilled milk
- 1 tbsp of sugar
- 2 pinch of cardamom powder
- 1 sp of kus kus(falooda seeds)
Carrot Shake Preparation Method
Soak falooda seeds in 2 TS of water.
Pressure cook carrots (till 2 whistle in medium flame).
Grind carrots along with sugar,chilled milk,cardamom powder and 1/2 glass of water(if you want to reduce the thickness).
Pour in to serving glasses and garnish with kus kus(falooda seeds).
