Cauliflower Fried Rice / Gobi Fried Rice
Delicious Chinese style cauliflower fried rice
Cauliflower is packed with lot of nutrients and it is low in calorie.We can make lot of recipes with cauliflower like fry,curry etc…Cauliflower fried rice is a complete meal and this dish does not need any side dish.

- 2 cup of Basmati Rice
- 10 florets of Cauliflower
- 1/4 cup of Chopped carrot
- 1/4 cup of Chopped capsicum
- 1/4 cup of Chopped beans
- 1/4 cup of Chopped onion
- 1/4 cup of Chopped celery
- 1 S of Soy sauce
- 1 S of Tomato sauce
- 1 S of Crushed pepper
- 5 no of Nuts
- 5 no of Raisins
- 1 TS of Ginger garlic paste
- 1/2 S of Chilli powder
- 1/2 S of Turmeric powder
- 1/2 S of Garam masala
Cauliflower Fried Rice Preparation Method
Soak cauliflower florets in water with salt and vinegar for 10 min.
Drain it and marinate the florets with ginger garlic paste,chilli powder,turmeric powder, garam masala and salt.Keep in refrigerator for 15 min.
Deep fry the florets till golden brown color.Keep aside
Cook rice. Drain it and keep aside.(Make sure water is boiling before adding rice.Add 1 S oil, salt and 1 S of vinegar along with rice).
Heat butter in a pan.
Add chopped carrots, beans and capsicum. Saute for 2-3 min.
Add chopped onion and saute for 1 min.Add pepper and salt.
Add cooked rice and mix well.
Add soy sauce and tomato sauce. Mix well.
Finally add chopped fried cauliflower florets, roasted nuts and raisins.Mix well and serve hot.
