Cheese paniyaram recipe
Soft and cheesy paniyaram made with idli batter
Paniyaram is a very easy to make south Indian snack made with idli batter. We can also serve paniyaram as a main course for breakfast. We need a paniyaram cookware/unniyappam pot for making this dish. I have already tried some sweet Kerala recipes like unniyapam, oats unniyappam with this paniyaram cookware. This paniyaram I made with dili batter, onion and cheese which is my kids favorite. Paniyaram is also known as kuzhi paniyaram, appes, paddu etc… The perfect combination for Paniyaram is with chutney. You can check my 8 + chutney recipe collection. You can also serve it with Sambar.
