Delicious cheesy paratha with wheat flour and cheese
Cheese paratha is very easy to make dish made with wheat flour and grated cheese. It is a kids special recipe because cheese is kids all time favorite one. You can serve this paratha as breakfast,snack or for dinner. This cheese paratha does not need any side dish. Compared to other north Indian stuffed parathas there is no sauting required to make this dish. I would like to make stuffed parathas like Cabbage paratha,Soya keema paratha,aloo paratha,egg paratha,easy cheesy paratha etc… Hope you all will like this recipes.

Ingredients
1/2 kg of wheat flour
1 cup grated cheese(regular or cheddar cheese)
1/2 cup of finely chopped onion
3-4 no of green chiliies
1/2 spn. of pepper powder
salt as required
1 spn. of oil
Cheese Paratha Preparation Method
Step 01
Take wheat flour in a bowl. Add salt and mix well. Add 1 tbsp of oil and water. Knead to smooth dough. Put a wet cloth over the dough and keep aside for 15 minutes.Step 02
Grate cheese and mix finely chopped onion, green chillies and pepper powder together.
Step 03
Make small balls from the dough and make chapathi.
Step 04
Place the cheese mix in the center and gather the dough from all sides. Seal it well.
Step 05
Turn to other side and start rolling to a thicker paratha.
Step 06
Heat tawa and carefully place the paratha. Cook both sides till golden brown color. Drizzle oil in both sides while cooing.
Step 07
Serve hot.
