Ingredients
- 1/2 Kg of Large Pieces of Chicken(Legs Preffered)
- 1 tbsp. of Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 tsp. of Soya Sause
- 1/2 tsp. of Pepper Powder
- 1 tbsp. of Sesame Seeds
- 2 Eggs
- 1 cup Bread Crumps
- 2 tbsp. of Corn Flour
- 1/2 tsp. of Chilli Powder
- Oil for Deep Frying
Method
Step 01
Marinate chicken pieces with 3/4 of ginger garlic paste,half of pepper powder,soya sauce,half of chilli powder and salt. Pressure cook till 1 whistle.
Step 02
Make a thick paste of corn flour,chilli powder,pepper powder,1/4 of ginger garlic paste and salt.
Step 03
Marinate chicken pieces with this paste and keep aside for 1/2 hour.
Step 04
Take a bowl,beat the eggs well.
Step 05
Heat oil in a pan in high flame.
Step 06
Take chicken pieces,dip in egg,roll in bread crumps and in seasame seeds.
Step 07
Reduce the flame,Deep fry or shallow fry the chicken pieces till golden brown.
