Chicken Tikka | How to make chicken tikka and green chutney2020-11-29
Chicken tikka is a very famous North Indian dish which can be served as a starter. You can also serve tikka with paratha, Ghee Rice, fried rice etc. This dish is one of the popular starters in Indian cuisine. I have prepared this chicken tikka in the oven. You can also make this in a pan by adding 2 spoons of oil.
The overall cooking time of this dish is 45 minutes. You need to take the tikka from the oven after 30 minutes, flip it and spread butter then grill it again for 10 more minutes. The best combination of chicken tikka is with green chutney. I made the chutney using only coriander leaves.
