Delicious Inido Chinese chilli mushroom dry
Chilli mushroom is a delicious sweet and sour side dish made with capsicum and onion which can be served with rice, paratha or naan . It is a very easy to make Indo Chinese dish made with few ingredients. Dishes with mushroom are very tasty and healthy as it includes lots of nutrients. We can prepare chilli mushroom in two ways: as dry fry and as a gravy. Here I made a dry version of chilli mushroom and I served this with chapathi chapathi.
Mushrooms are loaded with lots of essential nutrients and minerals. It is not a vegetable or a fruit but a fungus with a meaty texture. Recipes made with mushroom is very healthy and delicious ones.

How to make Chilli Mushroom dry?
Ingredients
- 250 grams of Mushroom (I used button mushroom)
- 1 no of onion
- 6-8 no of garlic
- 1 no of capsicum
- 4-5 no of green chillies
- 1 1/2 spn. of tomato sauce
- 1/2 spn. of soy sauce
- 1/4 spn. of pepper powder
- Marinade
- 1 tbsp. of cornflour
- 1/2 spn. of ginger garlic paste
- 1/6 spn. of pepper
- 1/6 spn. of soy sauce
- salt as required
Method
Step 01
Clean and wash mushrooms. Cut in to half.Step 02
Marinate with the ingredients given under ‘Marinade’.Keep aside for 10 minutes.Step 03
Cut onion,green chillies and capsicum in to cube shape. Keep aside.Step 04
Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry mushroom.Step 05
Remove mushroom from the pan and saute finely chopped garlic and green chillies in the same pan.Step 06
Add onion and capsicum saute till onion become translucent.Step 07
Add fried mushroom and stir well. Add pepper powder,soy sauce and tomato sauce .Mix well and adjust salt.Step 08
Cook for 1-2 minute in low flame.Step 09
Serve hot with fried rice,roti etc..
