Sweet and spicy chilli pineapple recipe
Chilli pineapple is a sweet and spicy dish very popular in barbecue. But here I made a fresh version of chilli pineapple by mixing a few ingredients. This recipe tastes delicious for grilling also. I made this for a barbecue night at hometown but most of the pineapple pieces got over before grilling itself :). It was mouth-watering. One of my friend also suggested chilli guava recipe in this way which I will post after reaching Bangalore. I hope you all will like this recipe.

Let us come back to chilli pineapple recipe. You can also use normal chilli powder but reduce the quantity of chilli powder mentioned in the recipe. Please find the recipe below
Ingredients
- 1 no of pineapple
- 1/4 spoon of kashmiri chilli powder
- 1/2 spn of chat masala
- 2 tbsp of tomato sauce
Method
Step 1
Wash and peel of pineapple.
Step 2
Cut pineapple into medium square pieces or any desired shape.
Step 3
Take tomato sauce, chilli powder and chat masala in a bowl. Mix well.
Step 4
Add pineapple pieces and mix well for 1-2 minutes. Serve fresh or grilled.
