Fried chicken is liked by everyone. We can serve chicken fry as starter,side dish or as a snack. This is a special chicken fry prepared in Chinese style. Chinese dishes are flavourful and delcious. This is a soft and tender chicken fry recipe which is liked by my kids and thier friends. Aroma of mixed herbs gives a unique taste for the recipe. Hope you all will like this recipe. How to make Chinese Style Chicken Fry
500g of boneless chicken
6-7 nos of shallots
4-5 nos of garlic
1 1/2 spn of chili flakes
1 spn of vinegar
1 1/2 spn of all-purpose seasoning
3 tbsp of cornflour
2 no of eggs
Salt as required
Oil for deep fry
Clean and thinly slice boneless chicken pieces.
Take the chicken pieces in a bowl and add ginger garlic paste, red chili flakes, vinegar, seasoning, and salt.
Mix well and keep aside for 15 minutes.
Take the bowl after 15 minutes and add cornflour, eggs into it. Mix well with a spoon.
Heat oil in a pan and deep fry chicken pieces till golden brown color. As the chicken pieces are thin, it will take only 2-3 minutes to cook.
Serve hot with tomato sauce.
