Yummy combination of milk and coffee in cornflour.
This coffee pudding is so delicious and very easy to make.I got this recipe from a magazine. Pudding with coffee was really new to me. So bit hesitate to make.Any how tried this and came out yummy 🙂 .
- 1/2 ltr of Milk
- 2 TS of Cornflour
- 4 TS of Sugar
- 1 S of Coffee powder
- 1 S of China grass/Gelatin
Coffee Pudding Preparation Method
Whisk cornstarch and sugar in a saucepan
Add milk and mix well.
Boil the mixture over medium heat stir well.
Dissolve coffee powder in 2 TS of water and add to boiling mix.Stir well.
Add china grass powder/gelatin and mix well till the mixture begins to bubble and thicken
Transfer the mixture to a pudding bowl.
Chill the bowl in the fridge until cold, at least 2 hours. Serve chilled.
Garnish with chocolate sauce and crushed peanuts
