Oats Idli
Ingredients
1 cup of Corn flakes
1/2 spn. of Mustard seeds
2 springs of Curry leaves
10 no of Kismis
10 no of Cashewnuts(roasted)
10 no of Peanuts(roasted)
1/6 spn. of turmeric powder
1/6 spn. of Chilli Powder
Salt as required
3 tbsp. of Oil
Method
Step 01
Heat oil in a pan and deep fry cornflakes till crisp.
Step 02
Heat two tablespoons oil in a pan and add mustard seeds. When they splutter add curry leaves, kismis and cashew nuts and sauté for a minute and take it off the heat.
Step 03
Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt, sugar, peanuts, and cornflakes and mix well
Step 04
Tasty crispy and spicy cornflakes masala ready.
