Spicy kerala style Crab roast recipe
Crab roast is a traditional side dish of kerala serve with rice or appam. It is a very delicious and spicy side dish with a special masala. In this recipe, I used 1/2 kg of onion to one kg of crab which gives a slight sweet taste. Crab dishes are bit difficult to eat, but the meat is so tender and yummy. We can make many varieties of dishes with crab like curry, dry fry etc… You can also check for some other non vegetarian roast recipes like chicken roast, mutton roast and beef roast.
