Yummy crunchy pudding with fruits,nuts,busicuts,cherries etc…


2 cup of Fruits(Apple,pineapple,mango,banana etc…)
1 cup of Milk
1/s spn. of Corn flour
2 tbsp. of Sugar
2 tbsp. of Cream
5 no of Biscuit
Cherry and cornflakes as required


Step 01

Add cornflour and sugar into milk and mix well.

Step 02

Boil this mix (2-3 seconds in medium flame) and make a thick sauce.Stir well while making sauce.Allow to cool. Refrigerate for 10-15 min.

Step 03

Chop all the fruits in to medium pieces and refrigerate for 10 min.

Step 04

Take a large pudding bowl.Crush biscuits and form base for pudding.Pour milk sauce next then add chopped fruits. Finally Add cream.Garnish with Cherry and cornflakes

Step 05

Simple and crunchy pudding is now ready.Serve immediately otherwise you will loose the crunchiness of biscuits
