Curd Mix(Thairadichathu)

Healthy and tasty buttermilk


1 cup of Curd
2 no of Shallots
1 small piece of Ginger
1 springs of Curry leaves
2 no of Green chilli
Salt to taste


Step 01

Put all things together in a mixer grinder and grind for ½ min.Do not over grind.

Step 02

Goes well with rice
