Ingredients
- 1 cup of Curd
- 2 cups of boiled cooked Rice
- 1-2 Green Chillies
- Salt for taste
For Seasoning
- 1 tsp. of Oil
- 1/4 tsp. Mustard Seeds
- 1/2 tsp. of Toor dal
- Some curry leaves
- Some Coriander leaves
- 1 dried Red Chilli
Method
Step 01
Mix rice with curd,chopped green chilli and salt.
Step 02
Heat oil in a pan.
Step 03
Splutter mustard seeds,toor dal.
Step 04
Add red chilli,curry leaves and coriander leaves.saute well for 1 min.
Step 05
Switch off the flame.Put this in to curd mix and stir well.
Step 06
Curd rice is ready to serve
