    Curry veppila chicken fry – An absolutely delicious side dish for chapathi or rice. As we all know curry leaves are good digestion and weight loss. Usually we will add curry leaves while tampering and most of us will discard the leaves. If we are making curry or fry in this way we will get the benefits of curry leaves. Here I have grind the curry leaves and marinate the chicken pieces with the paste along with other ingredients. This gives a nice aroma and taste to the fry. Hope you all will enjoy the dish.     500g of chicken
    For marination
    3 tbsp of curry leaves green chilli paste
    1 tbsp. of lemon juice
    1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste
    1/4 spn. of chilli powder
    1/2 spn. of turmeric powder
    1/4 spn. of pepper powder
    1/2 spn. of garam masala
    1 spn. of coriander powder
    Salt as required
    For fry
    3 no of onion
    A handful of coriander leaves
    1 spn. of red chilli flakes
    Salt as required
    Oil for fry
    How to make curryleaves green chillii paste?
    Take 10 strings of curry leaves, wash it and grind well along with 5 no of green chillies and 1 spoon of water to smooth paste.

    Curry Veppila Chicken Fry Preparation Method

    Step 01

    Clean and cut chicken in to small pieces.

    Step 02

    Marinate chicken pieces with ingredients given under ‘marination’.

    Step 03

    Keep in refrigerator for 4-5 hours or overnight.

    Step 04

    Heat 3 tbsp. of oil in a nonstick pan.

    Step 05

    Add chicken pieces. Cover the pan and cook in low flame. Mix often it will take 15 minutes to cook the chicken.

    Step 06

    Once the chicken pieces cooked,add chopped corainder leaves and red chilli flakes. Add one spoon coconut oil (optional) and mix well. Cover the pan and serve after 5 minutes
