Traditional south Indian breakfast.


2 cup of Unboiled rice(pachari)
1/2 cup of Boiled rice
1 cup of Urd dal
10 no of Fenugreek seeds
Salt to taste


Step 01

Wash and soak all the things together in water for 6 hours.

Step 02

Grind well and keep aside for 8 hour.

Step 03

Heat a non stick tava.

Step 04

Add salt in to the batter and mix well.

Step 05

Reduce the heat,take a laddle full of batter,spread the mix on pan in circular motion to make thin Dosa.

Step 06

Cook both the side.sizzle oil if desired.

Step 07

Goes well with chutnies.
