A nutritional healthy fry with drumstick leaves
Drumstick leaves or Muringa ila in Malayalam are very healthy and nutritious leaf perfect for making curry, stir fry, omelette, soup etc.. Here I prepared drumstick leaves egg stir fry . Almost all the part of drumstick tree is useful. Drumsticks, leaves, flower with all these we can prepare dishes . The external part of drumstick tree stem is used as a medicine. It is a perfect side dish for rice. If you didn’t get drumstick leaves, you can also use any kind of spinach varieties.

Drumstick leaves omelette
Konjum Manga
Drumstick curd curry / muringa kaya kalan
Ingredients
3 cup of drumstick leaves
2 no of eggs
1 medium sized onion
2 no of green chilly
1/2 spn of oil
Salt as required
Method
Step 01
Beat eggs with a pinch of salt and keep aside.
Step 02
Heat oil in a pan.
Step 03
Add finely sliced onion and green chilly. saute for a while.
Step 04
Pour beaten egg and stir well for 1 minute.
Step 05
Add drumstick leaves and 2 pinch of salt.Mix well.
Step 06
Cover the pan with a lid and cook for 1-2 minute(low flame).
Step 07
Serve hot with rice.
