Easy to make one pot bitter gourd fry
Pavakka or Bitter gourd is a very healthy vegetable. Because of the taste bitter gourd is not liked by all. But bitter gourd is my husband’s all time favorite. He would be happy if I give bitter gourd fry daily 😉 . I too likes to do experiments with it like pavakka curry with roasted coconut,pavakka tomato masala,pavakka mezhukku puratti etc…This time I tried and easy fry with pavakka. Just add all the ingredients together and slow cook. It is done. Not sauteing and frying required. You should try this recipe.

2 no of medium bitter gourd
1 no of onion
2 no of tomato
1/2 spn. of chilli powder
1/6 spn. of turmeric powder
salt as required
1 spn. of OIl
Bitter gourd fry Preparation Steps
Step 01Finely chop onio,tomato and bitter gourd.
Step 02Heat oil in a pan
Step 03Add all the ingredients.Mix well and cover the pan.Do not add water now.
Step 04Cook for 5 minutes in medium flame.Add 1/4 cup of water and again cook for 5 minutes in low flame.
Step 05Serve hot with rice.
