Easy Chicken Fry

500g of chicken
2 tbsp. of ginger garlic green chilli paste
1 tbsp. of lemon juice
2 tbsp. of curd
1 spn. of chilli powder
1/2 spn. of turmeric powder
1/2 spn. of garam masala
1/4 spn. of coriander powder
2 springs of curry leaves
2 no of sliced green chillies
Salt as required
Oil for fry

Easy Chicken Fry Preparation Method

Step 01

Clean and cut chicken in to small pieces.

Step 02

Marinate chicken pieces with all the above ingredients except oil.

Step 03

Keep in refrigerator for 1/2 hour.

Step 04

Heat 3 tbsp. of oil in a nonstick pan.

Step 05

Add chicken pieces one by one.sprinkle curry leaves and sliced green chilies.

Step 06

Cover the lid and put in low flame.Cook for 5-7 minutes.

Step 07

Fry the other side after 5-6 minutes. Again cover the lid and cook for another 10 minute in low flame.

Step 08

You will get soft delicious chicken fry.
