Homemade Pizza Recipe

Easy 4 O’clock idea for kids

Easy homemade pizza made with ready made pizza base. It is one of the best way to make our kids eat lots of vegetables . It is very easy to make this pizza as we are buying the base is a store bought one. Always try to serve this pizza hot because kids will like the crunchiness of the base and the soft vegetables in mozzarella cheese.

This easy homemade pizza is a perfect replacement for the pizza we buy form outside and we can customize the toppings by adding lots of colorful vegetables to make it more nutritious. 1 no of whole wheat Pizza base
1 no of large potato
1/2 no of chopped capsicum
1/2 no of chopped onion
1/2 no of chopped tomato
1 tbsp. of chopped baby corn
1 tbsp. of corn kernels
1 tbsp. of mozzarella cheese
1 spn. of butter

Pizza Preparation Method

Step 01

Clean and wash potato.Slice the potato in round.Keep aside.

Step 02

Heat a non stick pan(low flame).

Step 03

Fill the pan with sliced potatoes.

Step 04

Place pizza base above the potato slices(In order to adjust the heat.Otherwise the pizza base may burn).

Step 05

Sprinkle 1 tbsp. of grated mozzarella cheese

Step 06

Arrange chopped vegetable on the top that.

Step 07

Again sprinkle one tbsp. of grated mozzarella cheese on top of vegetables

Step 08

Cook in low flame for 5 minutes

Step 09

Serve hot.You can give the fried potatoes too.I am sure your kids will love this.
