Mango Ice cream recipe – Summer season is here and it is the time for mangoes. Mangoes are the most widely consumed fruit in the world. It contains around 20 + vitamins and minerals. We can make lots of sweet and savory dishes with mangoes. The best way to enjoy a mango is diced fresh, just by itself. Here I would like to share everyone’s most favorite mango ice cream recipe.

I prepared this ice cream with just four ingredients. Just a blender is enough for preparing this mango ice cream. If you don’t want to use cream, you can skip that part which makes this ice cream more healthy. My whole family loves ice cream especially my kids. Usually I will not buy ice creams from out side. I used to prepare home made ice creams with natural eggfruit,cooked rice, papaya etc…It is always better to give home made ice cream for our loved ones. Health is wealth. Enjoy cooking. How to make Mango Ice Cream


2 no of Mango(I used sindoori)
1/4 ltr of Milk
1/4 cup of condensed milk
1/4 cup of cream


Step 01

Put all the ingredients except cream in a blender and process to fine paste.

Step 02

Transfer the paste to a freezer safe bowl. Freeze it for 2-3 hours.

Step 03

Take the ice cream from refrigerator. Add cream and again blend for 2-3 minute.Repeat step 2.

Step 04

Again Freeze it for 2-3 hours.Repeat step 3.

Step 05

You need to do step 3 and 4 for 3-4 times to get silky soft ice cream.
