    Nutritious mutton leg soup recipe

    Mutton leg soup is highly nutritious, rich in lots of minerals and protein. Mutton is extremely good for kids for their muscle growth and improving immunity. The bone itself is a rich source of calcium and magnesium. Bone marrow of goat contains collagen which is very good for curing joint pain and many other diseases. As it includes a high amount of minerals and nutrients, we need to consume in the right way which helps our body to digest easily. Adding cumin, coriander seeds, and pepper in the mutton soup will help to avoid digestion problems. I have prepared this mutton soup in an easy way and spices in the soup enhanced the taste of the soup.

    This is a slow-cook recipe and it will take more than 30 minutes to cook the soup. You can also season the soup with shallots and ghee but I don’t want to add extra fat to the soup, hence skipped the step. I made this mutton leg soup for my kids and they liked it. Try to serve the soup for lunch or in the evening. I have grind all the ingredients which increased the taste of the soup. This flavourful mutton leg soup is a perfect dish for winter.
