Delicious quick recipe with egg,onion,green chillies etc…
Egg bhurji is a very easy to make simple side dish that can be served with chapati, roti, dosa or even with rice. It is a spiced version of scrambled eggs. This simple recipe just requires a few ingredients that you probably already have on hand, and it is so simple to prepare.
I make egg bhurji on my lazy weekends. Best part is my whole family like to eat this dish so I am guilt-free while making this dish. They like to have it with bread.
You can prepare this dish within 10 minutes with very less ingredients. If you don’t want to add tomatoes you can skip. If you want to add more veggies like grated carrot, capsicum etc you can add along with onion and make a complete meal.

Ingredients
3 no of Egg
1 no of Onion
2 no of Tomato
4 no of Green chillies
2 springs of Curry leaves
1/4 spn. of Turmeric powder
1/2 spn. of Chilli powder
Salt as required
1 spn. of oil
Method
Step 01
Chop onion,tomatoes,green chillies. Keep aside
Step 02
Heat oil in a pan.
Step 03
Add green chillies and curry leaves.Saute well.
Step 04
Add onion.Fry for 1 minute.Do not loose the crispness of onion.
Step 05
Add tomaotes.Fry well for 2 minute.
Step 06
Add chilli powder,salt and turmeric powder.Mix well and saute for 1 minute.
Step 07
Add beaten egg and mix well.
Step 08
Cook for more 1-2 minutes and keep whisking.
Step 09
Garnish with coriander leaves.Serve hot
