Kerala Style Egg Curry Recipe
Traditional egg curry recipe in Kerala style
Egg curry is a famous traditional side dish of Kerala breakfast. We can have this egg curry with appam,chapathi,roti or even with rice. I have already tried Egg Roast Recipe with coconut milk.
There are lot many egg curry varieties in kerela. This egg curry recipe is from malabar side of Kerala. We can prepare this curry with coconut coconut milk or without. Here I didn’t use coconut milk.

Kerala Style Egg Curry Recipe
Ingredients
4 no of Eggs
1 no of large Onion
2 no of large Tomato
4 no of Green chillies
1 tbsp. of Ginger garlic paste
1/4 spn. of Turmeric powder
1/2 spn. of Chilli powder
1/2 spn. of Garam masala
1/4 spn. of Coriander powder
A handfull of Curry leaves
Salt to taste
1 tbsp. of Oil

Step 01
Boil the eggs and remove the shell.Slightly slice the egg with a knife witho

Heat oil in a pan.
Step 03
Add ginger garlic paste.Saute till row smell goes off.
Step 04
Add chopped onion,curry leaves,green chillies. Fry till golden brown color.
Step 05
Add chopped tomatoes.
Step 06
When tomatoes became mushy,add all the spices(1/4 S of garam masala) and saute for 2 min.
Step 07
Add boiled eggs and mix carefully.
Step 08
Sprinkle remaining 1/4 S garam masala and cover the pan.Cook for 5 min in low flame.
