Egg paratha | Baida Roti Recipe | How to make Egg Paratha with step by step photos

Spongy soft egg paratha recipe with whole wheat

This Egg Paratha or Baida Roti is my favorite one. In my place it is known as egg porotta. This is my papa’s special dish. He used to make this dish for EID. I still remember the scene he is making this. He is a perfectionist in cooking. Egg paratha is so simple and easy to make. Compared to all other paratha recipes like aloo paratha, paneer paratha there is no need of making any masala for this egg paratha recipe. Just make a egg onion mix and pour over chapathi, fold and cook in low flame. Egg paratha is often made with all purpose flour(maida). But I am against maida and made this paratha using whole wheat. But I should agree one thing that egg paratha made with maida is more softer than whole wheat paratha. Try to replace all purpose flour with whole wheat in your recipes. Hope you all will like this egg paratha recipe.
